Mr. Pitabash Pattanayak is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience. He began his career as an advocate in 1991 and practiced until 1999. He then joined Bank of Baroda as Manager (Legal) and retired as Deputy General Manager (Legal) from the Corporate Office, Mumbai on 30.06.2023. 

During his tenure, he was responsible for handling complex legal and recovery matters at the national level.Post retirement, he resumed practice as an advocate, specializing in civil, banking, and company law matters. Mr. Pattanayak is proficient in Odia, Hindi, and English, and brings valuable experience in regulatory compliance, recovery litigation, and legal strategy—particularly relevant to insolvency, banking, and financial cases.

Mr. Chirag Sehgal is a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of professional experience in the fields of taxation, auditing, company law, and financial consulting. He has worked extensively on assignments involving statutory audits, internal audits, bank audits, and due diligence, including audits of major public sector banks like State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank. He has also advised on company law matters such as winding up and striking off of companies, which are closely linked with insolvency proceedings. 

With experience in mergers, takeovers, and business process documentation, Mr. Sehgal brings valuable insights to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), particularly in areas of corporate compliance, restructuring, and financial reporting.

A dedicated professional with specialized exposure in insolvency and bankruptcy matters, actively engaged in supporting the resolution of complex financial distress cases. With hands-on involvement across various assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, she has gained practical experience in assisting both creditors and debtors through different stages of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), liquidation proceedings, and settlement negotiations. 

Her role includes legal and operational support in drafting, research, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring procedural compliance under the IBC framework. She continues to build on her domain expertise while contributing meaningfully to the team’s objective of delivering effective and timely resolutions.
