Mr. Ravindra Kumar Goyal is an empaneled Insolvency Professional with almost all public sector banks, bringing over 16 years of senior banking experience. As a seasoned banker, he has worked across diverse portfolios pan-India, specializing in Credit Administration, NPA Recovery, BIFR Cases, DRT matters, OTS schemes, and legal affairs.

In his distinguished career, Mr. Goyal has held multiple leadership positions across Gujarat, Rajasthan, UP, Odisha, and Bihar. As Dy. Zonal Head for Bihar, Odisha & Jharkhand, he successfully recovered over ₹1,000 Crore for the bank. He served as National Head for Customer Service and headed the State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) in Gujarat, liaising with top bureaucrats, public and private sector banks, and the Reserve Bank of India.

Mr. Sabbani Maruthi is an accomplished Insolvency Professional with extensive experience in CIRP, liquidation, and restructuring assignments, managing cases with debt ranging from ₹5 crores to ₹4,000 crores across sectors like Real Estate, Manufacturing, EPC, and Healthcare. Proven track record in resolving distressed assets while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. Handled over 30 assignments, including CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation, and Personal Guarantor cases. Also collaborated with IBBI and IPEs. Notably led the resolution of a ₹2,500 crore going concern within 179 days, earning the TMA International Award.
